Integrity Home Inspections of Florida was founded in 2016 by owner and home inspector Brian Wilcome. After experiencing the home buying process as a consumer, Brian identified there was a void in the market for accessible, transparent, forward-thinking inspectors with the ability to provide superior customer service while also delivering on the promise of quality all-encompassing inspections. Brian’s diverse background in construction and building products quickly allowed him to effectively put comprehensive information, imperative to homeowners, in plain words that made the process both easy to follow and effective.

After having completed over 1,500 home inspections the company’s focus and mission remains the same. Integrity strives to provide quality, detailed, and comprehensive home inspections for its clients. The company continues to focus on the latest industry software, tools, and techniques to provide superior in-depth reporting clients can stand behind. This allows our team to better serve and accommodate client inspection periods and deadlines. We follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and hold Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) designations.
